Lonan looked at his younger siblings with his dual blue gaze, his eldest sister Kongeorn sitting next to him with the same protective look in her royal blue eyes. Wren and Blaze were play fighting, batting at each other's faces and nipping at ears and tails with little yips. Finally he huffed and glared over at where Rairakku was, the eldest male, also known as the laziest, of the pack laid sound asleep in the corner of the open room. Rolling his eyes he looked towards Kongeorn.
"Can you believe him? It's ridiculous how he's so respected in the pack and yet all he does is lay around all day like the lazy arse he is," Lonan growled, ears laying back as he sent a glare towards the fat tundra.
Kongeorn let out a sigh, "Just don't bother with it Lonan, at least we're safe knowing the others are out in the woods. Besides, neither Dyret nor tribe mates will harm us if they come here, they're too nice and you know this," she explained.
He just huffed again and gave a stiff nod, he knew this already, but he found Rairakku to be such a free loader in a way. Not doing anything but being treated like all the others. Even Dove and Remeny who have spinal problems pulled their own weight in helping and such, while Rai just sat around and slept.

Aroro let a low rumble reverberate in his throat, Bristle copying him in turn while Dove and Nightlock kept quite a few feet off parallel to the pair. They had made it to the edge of the woods, and with sight of the tribe off in the distance with nobody in sight and having not run into anyone they felt it was safe if only for a small time.
"Bristle, go off to the West along the tree line. I'll follow soon after," Aroro commanded, the tundra pie snorted but followed his orders regardless as he ran off among the trees. The brown half mane dun then turned to Dove.
"Dove, you do the same but go along towards the East," He watched as the pale bearmarked tundra raced off, leaving him and Nightlock before a moment before nodding and the two headed after their partners along the trees.
It was a simple plan they discussed, keep to the edge of the trees, move quickly and quietly. Make sure to notify the others should someone that seems hostile or not with them is spotted. Aroro knew who was possibly with them, very few from the tribe and everyone within his pack but that was about it. He just hoped Nightlock and Dove knew who was the enemy in this fight. He caught scent of a Tokota from the tribe, not one he could register from scent along no, he'd have to see them to connect who it was. He could tell they had a handler with them too, but it was fairly faint, at least 20 minutes old and going into the woods. He grumbled lowly but kept moving after his short stop to sniff the air, if it was an intruder the others would likely catch them before they could get very far or make much progress.
Bristle was accustomed to the running and not being seen, even with his very light pelt being prominent against the dark scenery of the leaves and trees. His paw steps almost silent and keeping to areas he knew he'd have the upper hand at while racing along. He passed by a scent a few moments before, fairly stale and not much to perk his interest in the least bit so he just kept going.
Nightlock followed after Dove's scent trail along the edge of the woods, already coming up on the East edge of the trees and spotting the pale tundra's pelt. Catching up to him Nightlock slowed down out of curiosity as Dove sniffed the air.
"Someone came through here very recently, likely no more than five minutes ago," Dove gruffly explained.
Nightlock sniffed the air, catching a familiar scent of a Tokota and her handler. He sighed lightly.
"Nobody to worry about. It's Elsu's daughter Chikyu who was adopted out to Vinh's friend Keiya; she's too friendly and new around here to be teaming with the tribe against her friend," Nightlock explained. "Especially with Chikyu's dad being the alpha of out pack."
Dove just gave a nod and they back trailed towards the beginning point of their path.

Azazel sniffed the familiar air of the foggy trees within the valley, her mate Runi standing next to her though he paid no heed to worrying about what was going on.
"Can't you act at least a little bit worried?" She grumbled rolling her dual colored eyes.
"About what?" Runi asked almost obliviously.
"About Vinheart being in danger because of that stupid bear Dyretbjorn!" Azazel snarled. "I know he's scary and respected by us, but even Dires don't go so far as to attack someone who's gotten in their way!"
"Well you don't exactly know what Dyret's reasoning was, do you?" Runi replied.
"It doesn't matter if he has reasoning or not! He attacked someone who was a friend to his owner, the one person who protects him! He knows the dangers, the consequences of such actions being done!" She practically wailed as they finally started walking along.
Runi just shrugged, "He's a bear, it's expected. Especially with him being as big as most of us," He said flatly.
"Yet he was raised by Vinh! What kind of bear does that, especially as smart as he is!" Azazel argued.
Runi the grumbled under his own breath sarcastically, "To think you're described as sweet..."
That earned him some pearly whites in front of his face, "What did you just say?!"
Charcoal sighed lightly as she jumped down from her perch atop a large rock, not seeing anyone moving within the abandoned mansion atop the valley's side nor near the cave entrance or in the woods. Well, other than Nuksi who decided to come along with her wherever she decided to go in the valley, though they mainly kept around the place that the path from the cave led to. Sure the newer greying tundra male was quite mischievous when he wanted and hardly took things seriously even in situations where it was needed, but he was strangely quiet as they walked in the valley.
"Are you okay?" She questioned.
Nuksi gave a light nod with a playful smirk, "Since when am I not?" He asked with a snort before going back to a small frown. "Vinheart could always not be however, and we'd ever know."
Charcoal clicked her tongue and nudged him with her shoulder lightly before smiling softly, "C'mon Nuksi, that isn't like you to be all serious and worrisome. It's strange," she tried cheering him up.
He gave another small smile but said no more as they walked in the silence.
Noeni snorted as she walked along, Haloa and Svala following close behind as the brown wolverine female ranted on about having such a boring task when she could be out at the front defense with the others. Finally the greying tawny snapped.
"Will you just shut up for one minute?!" Svala barked.
Surprised at the other female's reaction Noeni went quiet and stood still as she looked back at the two of them. Frowning she turned forward again and kept walking, the two following after the now quiet brown.
"So do you think there's going to be actual fighting?" Haloa questioned.
"There's bound to be fighting," Noeni huffed. "All of the pack is out there, including Storbjorn, Bristle and Harchnid. you can't find any more evil Tokotas in our pack than that! Then there's Dyret, that giant will cause any fight..."

Stesoni rolled her red eyes at the brown piebald who was doing all she could possibly do it seemed to impress Arnet, seeing as Svartbjorn was a lost cause being such a silent goof ball. Along with the black Yeti being with that roan curly Akinyi, despite his silly nature Svart was no idiot and knew he could possibly upset Akinyi should she find out he'd be hanging out with a female known for trying to get with all the males.
Seralee gave a light sigh in agreement to Stesoni's silent anger, while Svart at ahead the group along the two females were in the middle while Arnet gladly took in the attention from Marienet closer to the cave who was getting away with the flirting way to easily with the flirty male himself. Finally Stesoni had enough and snapped her head back and snarled.
"Will you two shut up already?!"
The two looked at her in surprise, the red eyed wolverine female usually very calm and trying to keep a calm attitude around others. Yet she just snapped right at them without a thought basically. Marienet quieted down but kept her vile verbal attack going as Arnet listened and only spoke every once and awhile, enjoying the female's attention greatly.
"How do you think everyone's doing out there?" Seralee asked the brown female.
Stesoni sighed, "I haven't heard howling or fighting yet which is a good thing, but we can't hear as far as the tree line is closer to the tribe so there could be fights going on right now and we wouldn't know it," she replied.
Seralee let out her own sigh again, "I do hope Hodie is okay with this going on..."

Drone huffed as he looked around, being alone in the woods though he'd crosses paths with Remeny and Clarent a few times the two of them weren't exactly the longest lasting company to enjoy time with. Especially in such a time where lives were at stake, Dyret's life and other innocent people should they get in his way. He knew the bear was dangerous, but he was smart so Drone had no clue as to why the large bear would go against what he knew and attack someone for keeping sheep away from him. It was just sheep! Yet he attacked one of Vinh's friends for it and now was being hunted and causing horrid connections between Vinh and her tribe as she still tried to defend the bear!
He wasn't the closest with his handler, being one of the many who got attention after others got much more attention and then she continued trying to get her other Tokotas set up like Elsu had becoming dominant along with Svart on his way to being dom, but he knew Vinheart was deeply conflicted over her decisions. She had a choice to try and smooth it over with her tribe, but it'd mean either sending off Dyretbjorn somewhere she couldn't visit him easily or having him be killed. He knew it'd be too hard to convince the tribe that she could keep him contained safely, since she had already tried that and Dyretbjorn still found his way to the tribe.
Remeny looked towards the tree line that was far up ahead of her, she could see the 4 others up running along the tree line once and awhile, at times travelling farther out to get a good look at anyone who could be coming. Going to continue walking in the foggy woods she froze when she heard light growling from one of the nearby paths that travelled through the woods. Carefully placing each paw softly on the ground as she got closer she was thankful her coat was dark, matching the shadowed trees and bushes as she caught sight of a handler and two Tokotas.(Kohana, Circe, Asteria)
She saw light movement from the other side of the path in the woods, seeing the familiar yellow eyes of the tawny Clarent looking back at her. If she wasn't so trained in being able to see through the thick looming fog she'd have never spotted him, and she was certain the Tokotas and person below couldn't see them through the fog. Making it all the more easier as she leapt out snarling, landing a few feet ahead of them as Clarent also joined in standing in front of her. Both pairs of yellow eyes gleaming as they bared their teeth at the half mane and curly merle along with their handler.

Rlinet looked around the cavern silently, the water on the floor ahead of her long since stilled. Meaning all others who had been travelling in the cave had left, leaving her in the dark watery caverns to await anyone who managed to make it inside the maze so that she may lead them to the wrong paths and out the wrong exit. She wasn't the happiest to have this job, but it made sense since her simple dark pelt could blend so easily to the shadows and she could move quickly through the cavernous maze without being followed.
Simple, easy and horribly boring. Yet few others could accomplish this job, since Svart was so fluffy he make noise sloshing through the water and Nightlock wasn't as familiar with the cavern tunnels since he came through with others to guide him for the most part. Which left it to her to get it done correctly and not allow anyone to find the way out, it'd be much easier if they didn't make it in either though.

Harchnid and Storbjorn had been right behind Dyretbjorn as the white bear lumbered along, giving low growls of warning towards the young Tokotas whenever they stepped a bit too close for the bear's liking. It wasn't so much of maybe 5 minutes being with the bear did he stop, growling with bared teeth ahead of them. Harchnid was the first to walk out, teeth bared and growling with Storbjorn close behind. The large tundra wolverine quieted though when he recognized the scent of the tawny female with her handler, it was Chikyu, one of Elsu's daughters that had been adopted out by one of Vinh's friends Keiya.
He welcomed them with a smile as he and Stor calmed down, Dyret walking out and snorting at the girl and her Tokota but not making any hostile movements as he recognized the girl from once when he saw her and Vinh from a distance walking through the woods just outside the cave entrance.
"Welcome Chikyu," Harchnid greeted. "What has you coming around here during such a bad time?"

Elsu walked along ahead of Hamaro, Vinheart riding on the grey tawny's back as they walked along. Jewel and Akane had been coming and going, keeping a safe area around them and making sure nobody was around. It was fairly easy going so far, none had run into anything bad yet as they checked the pit traps and snares set around the forest where they were set in case someone came around in the area and didn't know where the traps were set so they couldn't get any closer.
All her Tokotas knew where traps were set, small unnoticeable things gave hints away should one of her Toktoas be unsure on if any traps are around, hints that only knowing eyes would be able to spot. It wasn't until she heard growling and talking a little ways off was she surprised, she wasn't anywhere near the tree line, and to have someone so far in already did not make her feel comfortable. Elsu gave a light bark to call Jewel and Akane back, the two other browns quickly coming back over as they headed to where the growling had come from but stopped.
Upon waking up Vinh spotted the large shapes of her two Tokotas Harchnid and Storbjorn, along with her bear Dyretbjorn standing in front of her friend Keiya and her Tokota Chikyu. Elsu pranced up and happily greeted his daughter while Hamaro approached more carefully with Jewel and Akane, unsure if they were friend or foe.
"Uh, hey Keiya," Vinh greeted uneasily with a nervous smile.
- Rycker, Doriath and Krino
Rycker sighed as he saddled up Doriath, Krino already in some protective gear. Since Vinheart's whole pack was siding with her, he had no Tokotas to ride to try and help the tribe hunt the bear and find Vinh. Since she technically owned the Tokotas he used for riding and such he had to find others ways to get a mount, and the perfect way was the tribe Tokotas he learned about recently. So riding Doriath he'd also have Krino with him for some protection if needed, he himself was armed with a machete and bow with his quiver of arrows.
He didn't want to kill the bear, but he did want it so it's safe for the tribe sheep and his tribe mates to actually be around the area. Since Dyretbjorn had actually come from the forests where Vinheart supposedly lived nearby the tribe, it was unsafe to say it wasn't going to happen again, since it was more likely with them being so close. On thing he didn't understand was why it only happened recently and not some time before with Dyretbjorn being around since Vinh first moved to the area.
It just seemed like nothing but guessing games with the bear and how things would end up should it stay free. If Vinh had had it for the past 3 years like she had said just in Tokotna alone and only just recently an attack happened, what was keeping Dyret from doing it before? Then there was the fact she even had it before she moved to Tokotna, and no attacks were reported that he knew of, and he highly doubted there were any to record. He wasn't about to go telling this to the tribe however, not with Davin seeming to be boiling with anger at what had happened to Hazel, along with Hazel almost seeming to possibly not making it through at first. She was fine now however, yet the tribe seemed to be preparing for the worst ever since Vinh ran off.
Rycker hoped nothing too dangerous happened, another near death incident after Hazel would cause even more trouble, and killing the bear would possibly mean Vinheart wouldn't be coming back around. Ever.
